Our smaller items are despatched using Royal Mail or Parcel Force and we do not contact customers to arrange delivery of these items. Once the items are despatched from our distribution centre, customers receive an email notification and can log into their online account to obtain a tracking number. Items ordered from our website are despatched from our distribution centre in Suffolk or, where the items are supplied on our behalf, direct from the supplier's distribution centre elsewhere in the UK. With larger items we try our best to give an idea of a delivery time; however, these can be impacted by circumstances outside of our control, for example traffic conditions.
