Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. After reviewing your case we can see that in November you advised us that you would no longer be continuing your application before contacting us again 2 weeks later to relook at options. After carrying out a Fact Find you then advised us that you didn't wish to proceed until Spring. We always state that applications can take up to 2-3 weeks, and after continuing the application on the 1st February your application completed 2 weeks later on the 15th. Very good

Really good service. Took me a while to get the documents required together but once they were received a very efficient and speedy service for my remortgage. Would highly recommend.

Great service, just took a bit longer than first advised and expected

Process was slower than anticipated due to appearing to ‘fit’ criteria until applying to specific lender. Diane our handler was fantastic. Great communication and moved with as much pace as possible....
