Watch is absolutely beautiful. It may be the best design/build of a watch in this price range. In comparison to alternatives like Linjer, Daniel Wellington, MVMT, and the various 'fashion' brands....

Would reccomend giving more accurate times for when the product is to arrive. You said 1-3 day Express shipping which was accurate but didn't mention the week wait in between for production or...

We are truly sorry that there was a delay with your shipment, and more importantly an honest apology due to lack of communication.
At that point of time we did not have a proper customer support team, which accordingly explains your experience with our brand at that time. We are so sorry that you needed to experience all of this. However, we recognised your feedback as an improvement for the future and put all of the efforts to build a strong support team. Therefore, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know as we did indeed recognised a need and took initiatives to resolved an issue.
