Thankfully I was able to get a replacement phone to tide me over while waiting for the insurance claim to process, as I started the claim process about 3 weeks ago and still absolutely NOWHERE near...

We're really disappointed to read this review because as we've advised over the telephone and on several occasions, unless you pay the policy excess we cannot progress your claim.
