Hi Matthew, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review score. Unfortunately you didn't share any detail of your experience and what led to your 1 star review so I've been looking into your file to understand why you may have felt unhappy and also to ensure that potential customers of Cycler are furnished with further information to allow them to make an informed decision if considering insuring with Cycler. I can see that you incepted a cycle insurance policy with us but could not evidence that you owned the cycle, known as proof of purchase, as such, you would not have been covered in the event of a claim because you don't fit the criteria to ensure you're covered. We do make it really clear when purchasing your insurance that you must be able to evidence your financial interest in the item being insured, much like you would for a car for car insurance or a house for home insurance. We do this with a simple and clear tick box stating that you understand you'd need to be able to evidence that you own the cycle. You did tick this box when purchasing. I'm sorry you felt dissatisfied but we'd never want you to be in the position of making a claim having paid a premium and to not be covered. We're always keen to prevent such a situation and ensure that you are eligible for the insurance you've taken out. Team Cycler
