Very easy to use. I already knew where we wanted to stay and when so it was just a matter of filling in the search box and then completing the booking. The copious amounts of confirmation paperwork...

The online booking went OK. Rather a lot of repeated warnings and do's and don'ts in the booking emails and their attachments, but I suppose the NT has to deal with a wide range of customers.
