Good morning Thank you for your reviews. We're sorry you were disappointed with this popular cottage because there were House Martins close by. Many of our cottages are in nature and come with the beauties that this brings. The House Martins are not usually a problem but it is a common fact that when there is a solar eclipse, birds get discombobulated and behaviours change. Kind regards National Trust Holidays
