Extremely easy and straight forward. The National Trust Holidays team provided a superb service and always went the extra mile to ensure total customer satisfaction
Very efficient. Wasn’t able to contact the National Trust office at the weekend as wanted to get an answer to a query but this was immediately solved when I rang on the Monday.
Straight forward and embracing. No issues. A late minute requirement from us was sorted no issues.
Staff at the NT garden were helpful and supportive.
