Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

Poor quality product and customer service

Pillows lost there firmness in less than a month. Photos sent to customer service, showing obvious defect. Returned pillows, only for them to be lost in transit, customer service unwilling to...

After leaving this review, I was advised to contact customer services again who have now replaced the pillows. Not sure why this wasn’t done in the first place, but very grateful it’s been sorted now. Thank you.
