Good Static caravan insurance cover
No problem at all with the service team. Just a shame that all the support services employed to process claims is slow , cumbersome & unfit for purpose ( especially if our needs were actually urgent...

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Tina (our Claims Coordinator) has investigated this to investigate the claim and its delays, as we pride ourselves on our claims service and won an award for our service last year as well as shortlisted for a number claims awards too.
Unfortunately many insurers were hit with a lot of claims following the 'Beast from the East' and we were no exception.
Tina is going to keep an eye on your claim to ensure it comes to a conclusion shortly.
