Good bye
It's a shame that there's no rating for "worse". As mentioned in my latest trail for the ticket, it's really had been a waste of both our times and our money. Don't think I need to say much.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am very sorry that you were not able to connect and view ABC iview. We provide VPN services and whilst we try to ensure all sites are available all of the time there are times when some of the providers successfully block us. This is usually temporary. We cannot guarantee that all content is available all of the time, this is nature of what we do. regards

We have an issue with not having ABC iView available as it recognises VPN.
I believe everything is being done to resolve the problem of a site that has a secure firewall to phantom VPN.

Never again
This is one of the worst buying and service experiences I have ever had. I am surprised that they even want my feedback. We couldn't make the service work and then thought we'd cancelled it at...

When a successful cancellation has been made we send a confirmation email, if you didn't receive this then it may not be cancelled.
