Hello Paul, Firstly I would like to apologise. We let you down on this one, The boiler you purchased was in our clearance stock and advertised as such we where low on stock. However, we gave you a date and we let you down. As you say, we pride ourselves on our own stock and our own vans and delivery. I can assure you that Glasgow branch is 100% part of our company. and the staff there all work for Mr Central Heating Allan Peirce. And as such, we take responsibility for letting you down and running out of the clearance boiler you ordered.
