DPD were unable to deliver the parcel on two occasions as there was no one at the premises. We contacted them to request a new attempt and to add the delivery instructions as discussed when you contacted us. We are pleased that you have received the parcel on the day you wrote this review. As a good will gesture we have refunded the difference for the shirt. DPD are very good at honouring the one hour time slots, but occasionally there might be minor delays like the 10 minutes delay you have experienced due to i.e. traffic or problems finding an address or gaining access to a property.
