The service was very good, the product was ok, the packaging was good too but was it £12.50 good? maybe not. I would certainly buy again if the post and packaging was reasonable.

Hi Chris, unfortunately, we don't offer different delivery prices for different items at Christmas which we will look into for this year. As you only ordered the chestnut stuffing we should have really had a reduced delivery charge for smaller items. The £12.50 charge is to cover the cost of boxing up our turkey orders in insulated boxes with wool insulation and ice packs. Thanks for the feedback, we will rectify for this year.
Fantastic service...despite last minute changes, my order arrived on time
The Cheese hamper was wonderful- star of our Christmas Feast.

Great service. Packaging is the best. Let alone the cracking bird for Christmas day. Will most certainly be using Mortons again and not just for Christmas.

The turkey and customer service were excellent. BUT they were let down by their couriers who did not deliver on the promised day 2 years running.

Hi Paul, we do rely strongly on our couriers and as you mentioned they did let us down on some deliveries this year. Now that we have time to plan we will be reviewing our delivery partners for Christmas 2021. Rob
