We are very sorry for the issue with delivery - I can see that the initial delivery attempt by DX was to the wrong address. We got this sorted out and got your order to you. We have also refunded your P&P charge because of the delays and inconvenience caused and contacted you to make this up to you.

The keytones are a great aid to fat loss if used in combination with good diet but the effects are not instantaneous - you'll be seeing weight soon though :)
