Thank you for your feedback. You should have received a welcome message from us on the 21st with the details of when your first copy would arrive - I am very sorry that you did not receive this. 
Your first subscription issue (spring issue) is due at the end of February. We will also send you a complimentary copy of the winter issue - this is in the post.

I wouldn't change a thing! I enjoyed my first issue from cover to cover. Keep on publishing such a high-quality magazine.
