Thank you for your feedback regarding your Hadrian’s Wall walk. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the app and the itinerary for your amended 4-night/5-day version of the walk.
We strive to ensure that all our app information is up-to-date and accurately reflects any changes to itineraries. It’s clear that we fell short in this instance, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with incorrect information during your trip.
We will look into this issue to understand what went wrong and ensure that our systems are updated accordingly to prevent similar problems in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our service.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother experience on your next adventure.
