Thank you very much for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your reflections. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your trip overall and that your Travel Concierge , and the crew on the cruise made such a positive impression with their dedication and professionalism. We are, however, sorry to learn that certain aspects of the Gold Luxury experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your observations regarding the hotel standards, the level of activity on the tour, and the repetition of included meals. We understand how challenging the stairs and steep access points on the cruise would have been for some guests, and we are grateful for your candid feedback. Your reflections are very valuable to us as we continually review our itineraries and experiences to ensure they provide both comfort and enjoyment. We are pleased that, despite these challenges, you were able to enjoy many aspects of the trip and that the efforts of our team enhanced your experience. Thank you once again for travelling with us. Thank you very much for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your arrival in London did not begin as smoothly as it should have, with the delay in your airport transfer. We also regret that the standard of some of your hotel rooms did not meet your expectations. Your comments about the challenges in securing restaurant reservations during festivals are particularly valuable. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, and we will ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant teams so that we can provide clearer guidance for future guests. We also take note of your reflections on the boat ride and on the structure of the itinerary. We understand your disappointment in feeling that the time at some destinations was shorter than expected when arrivals were later in the day, and we will review how this is communicated to ensure expectations are clearer. We are grateful that you recognised your Travel Concierge's efforts and that you shared such candid observations with us. Thank you once again for travelling with us, and we hope that despite these challenges you were still able to enjoy the highlights of your journey.
