Luxury Gold vélemények

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent Luxury Gold experience. We carefully chose from hotels that we believe will compliment your itinerary and therefore, we are sorry to hear that some of your expectations were not met. The star ratings and the facilities provided by each hotel do vary from city to city. However, we strive to ensure they are all up to the standards that we expect, and will be looking closely into the issues with the hotels that you have raised. Nevertheless, we are very pleased that your Travelling Concierge assisted in creating an excellent experience for you in the American heartland, and we hope to have the pleasure of exploring more destinations together in the future.

It makes us happy to read that you truly enjoyed your Southern Grace itinerary and we are pleased that the cuisine stood out as a highlight of the trip. What's more, we would like to thank you for leaving your feedback and we hope to share another Luxury Gold experience with you again soon.

Our Travelling Concierges are there to ensure that your journey is enjoyable and runs smoothly the whole time; therefore, it disappoints that the service did not live up to your expectations. Similarly, while guests can look forward to smaller group sizes and extra legroom on our coaches than on a standard 53 seater; we regret to learn that the size of the group was not suited to your preferences. Nonetheless, thank you for your feedback, we will use it to help improve our guests' experiences going forward.

Your feedback helps us make necessary improvements to our itineraries, so we would like to thank you for your thoughts about your journey. As well, we are very pleased that our passionate team helped to enhance your enjoyment of the trip and we hope that you have taken many excellent memories away from your time in Italy.

Thank you for writing into us with your observations from the tour. We regret to read that some of your experiences at the hotels and with our Local Experts did not meet your expectations. Our guests well-being and enjoyment of the experiences are two of our top concerns. Therefore, we have forwarded your comments to our Operations and Quality Control teams for their review. Furthermore, we appreciate that you would have liked more time in Venice and we would like to thank you for all of your suggestions. Nonetheless, we truly hope that you have taken some memorable highlights away from your time in Italy.
