At Insight Vacations, we recommend that all guests purchase Travel Insurance in case of any misfortune. However, we truly regret to learn that you felt unwell during your trip. Furthermore, we can try to arrange private hospitalisation should this request be made to the Travelling Concierge at the time. Nonetheless, we would like to thank you for leaving us with your concerns which we will review with our Operations department and we sincerely hope that you are now feeling in much better health. 

Our Reservations Department strive to assist our guests as best as possible; however, should they not be able to provide some information may seek an alternative solution.
