Thank you very much for taking the time to share such generous and detailed feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the tour absolutely wonderful, and that your Travel Director's knowledge, wit and helpfulness, together with your Coach Driver's care, made such a positive contribution to your journey. We are also pleased that the itinerary left such a strong impression, that the Colosseum, Pompeii and Capri stood out as favourites, and that the food, the wine and the Local Guides were of such a high standard. We appreciate your suggestion that an additional day in Perugia would be advisable, and we shall share it with our Operations Department so that the length of stay in each destination may be considered carefully. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We are pleased to learn that your Travel Concierge organised the tour so attentively, ensuring that the group was well informed and comfortable throughout, and that the curated experiences gave you a meaningful insight into the complexity of Spain's history. We also appreciate your candid observation regarding the pace of the itinerary. We recognise that a full schedule with several single-night stops can be tiring for some travellers, and we will share your comments with our Operations Department as we continue to review the balance of our programmes. Your remarks about the Travel Concierge will likewise be passed on to her, as feedback of this kind is greatly valued. It was encouraging to read that the company of your fellow travellers contributed to your enjoyment, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased that the Travel Concierge and Coach Driver contributed positively to your experience, and that the hotel in the Douro Valley met your expectations. We sincerely apologise that your airport transfer failed to arrive. This was a significant inconvenience, particularly as it required a family member to take time away from work, and it falls well short of the standard we aim to provide. We also regret that one of your hotels did not meet expectations in terms of accessibility, space and dining. Your comments will be passed to our Operations Department. We appreciate your candour and hope to have the opportunity to offer you a better experience in future.
