Not happy with service update notification
Was not advised there would be a delay on my product. Or advised when it would be available.
Needed to do the ground work to get any info.
I do not recommend using this company. Our order arrived damaged and we were not offered a full refund. Appalling customer service - despite contacting the company numerous times it took over a month...
The purchase was very easy & straightford with lots of contact to keep you in the loop.
