Ordering and speed of delivery excellent. Courier was fab.
But the product was broken.
Easy fix so will fix myself.

Everything was great untill the arrival of my tv unit on transit the box had been damaged and when i opened it so was the backing board of my unit.

I will have our support team reach out to you today to assist you with opening a claim for the damages. Luxo Living provides Transit Insurance on all deliveries if in the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged.
Was easy to pay and arrange delivery at a date and time to suit me. The bed I purchased is exactly what it said it was and more!! I love it, beautiful and great quality
