Hi Danielle, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were charged twice. Unfortunately we have not seen any communication from you regarding this until now and upon checking I can see that there are 2 identical orders in our system for you. We have closed one and processed a full refund for you. You now only have 1 open order in our system. This issue might have been caused due to an internet lag or timed out page that was possibly refreshed and this may have caused you to accidently process 2 order. Our IT Team are further investigating this to see if it can be prevented from happening again.

Their website gives a cheaper price before clicking on the buy now button, but when it's time to actually pay, the price goes up, and the company won't refund the difference.

Thank you for your email. I have looked into your order and everything seems correct. The advertised price of the item at the time of your purchase was $459.00, plus a delivery fee of $82.45. You added a 5% discount via the promotional link which then took $22.95 off your order. Your order total of $518.50 is correct and included a 5% discount.
Our prices are subject to change at any time without notice, so if you had a sale item sitting in your cart for an extended period of time and the sale ended, the sale price will not be reserved for you until the checkout is complete and the order is paid for. We are sorry if this is what may have happened in your case.
