Following this review, we have tried to get in touch with you in regards to the issues you are having with your ceiling fan. With no luck over the phone we’ve sent through an email which you have hopefully received. As the functionality described does not seem typical for the ceiling fan purchased we suggest you contact Mercator on 1300 552 255 as they will be able to replace or repair any faulty parts if necessary. Excellent quality and service

Hi Simon, we do apologise for the slight delay and the inconvenience it has caused. However, as you have acknowledged due to the incredibly tight time frame provided we are only able to give a rough ETA at the time of purchase. We can never make guarantees as to when an order will be received despite trying to dispatch as soon as possible, especially as this is our busiest time of year. This is why we generally advise our clients to wait until they have received all the products needed before booking in an electrician. We do also apologise for not meeting the ETA provided on purchase and will strive to do so in future.
