Thanks for your comments, good or bad we want to hear from our customers. Firstly, may I apologise if there was any confusion about how our part exchange process worked. We always aim to be transparent and fair to our customers in assessing a part exchange. Trust between the customer and Low Cost Vans is paramount to how this process works. Initially we would ask you to complete a condition report form, take photos of the vehicle detailing any areas of damage and send this to us; from this we make an initial assessment/valuation. We would only ever re-evaluate a part exchange offer on the basis of; upon collection and comparing the vehicle with the condition report and photos received there is damage or missing items that were not detailed on the condition report that we initially valued the vehicle from. Once we have collected the vehicle following the pre collection assessment the vehicle becomes our responsibility and payment is then made once the vehicle arrives at Low Cost Vans.

Sorry to hear we have not met our usual high standards of service. We want to hear about our customers experiences good or bad.
