Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Before we can proceed with a refund or any other action regarding an order, we must first investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier. This process typically takes a few working days, as we need to gather as much information as possible about the parcel and its whereabouts. In your case, my colleague followed the appropriate process and worked with the carrier to obtain the necessary details before any further action could be taken. We understand that waiting for updates can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience while we worked with the carrier to investigate the issue and bring the matter to a resolution. I have also checked our system and can see that there appears to have been an issue with the bank processing the refund. However, this has now been addressed, and you should receive the refund within the next 3-5 working days. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Kind regards, Anna and the LoveCrafts Team
