Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you’re enjoying the colour and find the yarn suitable for projects such as chunky cardigans and scarves. Knots can occasionally occur during the production process, and the industry allowance is typically up to three knots per skein. However, we completely understand that this may not always be ideal for your project. If you ever feel that the number of knots is excessive or unusual, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@lovecrafts.com and we’ll be more than happy to look into it for you. Kind regards, Anna and the LoveCrafts Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you've enjoyed working with King Cole yarns and the colours you've used previously. We would like to highlight that the product purchased is Paintbox Yarns Simply Super Chunky in Dolphin Blue. We're sorry that the shade appears brighter than expected compared to the online image. While we strive for accurate colour representation, differences in screens and lighting can sometimes affect how colours are perceived. If we can be of any further help or if you have any queries, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, Anna and the LoveCrafts Team
