Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

Thank you for your kind words about the magazine; we are so pleased that you are enjoying your subscription and hope you continue to do so.

As for this review format, we are using an independent third party to gather reviews and so unfortunately we have very little control over this. But I will feed your thoughts back to Feefo and hopefully they can improve their format somewhat.

The product is excellent however more often than not it fails to turn up. I will be writing to confirm missing issues as soon as I have the time and trust I will not be charged for these.

Thank you for this feedback- it is very helpful indeed. We have had trouble before where concession subscription links were used outside of their intended demographic (people sharing student subscription links to people who were not students, etc). At present, therefore, we do not offer the concessions online but will try to incorporate this into our ongoing digital developments. Thanks again!
