Brilliant watch for dementia
The product is great, but to charge for express delivery. Then not dispatch it for another 2 days & it take another 5 days to arrive isn’t really acceptable

The clock was shipped the day I ordered it. It did take a while to get to me since I am in the US and it came from the UK. It arrived within their estimated time frame.
