I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with how your order was handled.  Our aim is to make sure all our customers are happy with both their purchase and the order process.  Unfortunately on receipt of your order we became aware that we did not have the item you required in stock and contacted you immediately to offer a full refund or an alternative product.  Having chosen an alternative, this was shipped with next day delivery to your warehouse.  After a number of communications it transpired that the item had been delivered but had been lost by staff at your warehouse.  We understand that it was frustrating for you not to receive the item that you originally wanted, however we feel that we did the best we could do to offer you a suitable alternative or full refund.
