Valve was just what I needed but it was larger than the one I had, but that was my own fault for not measuring. We just had to change a little bit of the plumbing to make it work but so far so good!!...

Hello! We're sorry you weren't satisfied with your Solar Cover. Our Solar Covers are always made to be larger than the size of the pool and can be cut to custom fit your pool. As per our return policy, it states that our Solar Covers cannot be returned once they are unrolled and unpackaged. I received the filter and the thermometer. I have never received my lounge float. The picture you showed was only of the filter. I am still waiting on my float!

We have asked all of the neighbors. The picture that you sent only showed one package on my doorstep which was the filter. We have also contacted USPS and filed a claim.

When ordering a message appeared, stating order within 1 Hr 45 min and order will ship today. 2 days later, it still had not been shipped, I canceled the order and purchased it somewhere else.
