Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and I'm pleased that you particularly enjoyed your trip on the Swiss Glacier Express. However, I'm sorry to learn that you were disappointed with other aspects of the itinerary, as well as your hotel room on this occasion.
The suggestions that you have provided about the itinerary will be passed to our Products Team to be taken into consideration when the itinerary is being planned in the future.
The hotel rooms that are allocated to our guests are at the hotel's discretion based on availability and requirements and the single supplement that you paid does not relate to the standard or category of room that you will receive. That being said, I have brought your discontent to the attention of our Hotels Contracting Manager, so that they can liaise with the hotel proprietor to establish if they could provide more consistency across our groups for future stays.
We offer a number of air holidays in our tour programme, so I hope that you will continue to consider us when making your future travel plans.
