Quick service
Order well packed, and arrived promptly. However, lost a star as the order incorrectly applied VAT to the book. I had to send an email querying this, which was promptly rectified.

We’re sorry to hear of your problem using our polariser with glass surfaces. A polariser should work well for this, although may not always remove a reflection completely. The effectiveness of the filter in this situation will depend on the direction of the light hitting the glass. We find the polariser removes the greatest amount of reflection when it is used at approx. 90 degrees to the light source. If you move the light source in relation to the glass surface you are shooting does this increase the amount of reflections that are removed?
