Excellent. Extremely friendly and utterly professional. We made an appointment in advance and that proved very worthwhile given that we had a number of requests to go through.
Vicky was informative, knowledgeable and insightful. Good advice and super friendly manner made us book the holiday there and then, where we had planned just to have a look around!

Friendly, knowlegeable advisors who didn't mind, and even welcomed endless re-runs of our proposed schedule to ensure that we ended up with the package that suited us best.

great service from Eve who was very patient with us while we had to make some changes but we ended up with exactly what we wanted from our booking.
