We are required to follow a very strict and thorough script every time we set up Direct Debit payments and it is made very clear at the point of sale that we use Premium Credit Limited, and that the name that appears on your bank statement will be Kingsbridge Risk. I have asked our client services manager to locate the call recording and check this though, and I will confirm my findings to you. I have also asked him to forward me any emails received form you and there have been none received. I have now reviewed the call recording, and can confirm to you that the script was followed as per the below: "We use a company called premium Credit Limited to provide our finance and we may receive a commission for introducing customers to them. Your personal information and bank details will be sent to Premium Credit to set up the Direct Debit for the year. The credit is for business purposes only and subject to status. The first collection will come out of your bank account in 14 days time and it will be on today's date each month thereafter. The company name that appears on your bank statement against the Direct Debit will be Kingsbridge Risk." Our advisor then went on to explain that you would receive an email from Premium Credit in the next 24 hours, and that you'll be asked to set up a My Premium Credit account online. I hope you can see that we did in fact make it clear that we were using Premium Credit, but if you'd like to discuss in any further detail, please feel free to call me directly.
