We sent you an email on the 27th to explain we were on holiday and you would receive your order on Tuesday 5th - 1 day outside the 5 working day standard delivery time. We offered you the option to cancel or have the delivery refunded. We received no response and you did not contact us to enquire after your order. Your Abeego has been posted and will be with you on the 5th. Please consider amending your review once you have received your amazing wrap.
