We do apologize for all the hassles you have gone through, however, the fares are controlled by the airlines and anytime if there is a change in the price we always update you regarding the same. Before we could have issued your e-ticket we got a notification from the airline that the price has been revised and the original fare was no longer available. We tried to contact you over the phone as well as we did send you an email. When you gave us call, we tried to provide you other option but you were not ready for that.
