I was well treated and looked after. A few months after operation I am back to 20k steps brisk walking. NHS wouldn't do the operation.

Dear Richard Thank you for your feedback. and we are sorry that this has not met your expectations. The last contact we had with you was 6 weeks after your operation at your follow up appointment apart from a call in early October . We have not been made aware of any issues from either you or your physio to date since then.
