Great prices & fast delivery
J&S have a great range of products at great prices on their website. I have also been n to their stores and have always found the staff to be very helpful. Delivery was really quick.

Good trustworthy seller with no fuss returns
Good price, arrived quickly but didn't fit despite ordering a size larger than I would normally. I took returns into a localish depot, unfortunately had to exchange for another size and style....

I ordered some draggin Jean but the site didn't indicate length only regular and short. Turns out unlike all of ladies trousers the short is 29 and regular 31. As I always wear regular trousers which...

Many thanks for your feedback and please accept our sincerest apologies for the substandard experience with J&S on this occasion. I can assure you that this is not commonplace. We are looking into the issue of the leg length on the website that you have raised and we have fed back your comments to the National Sales Manager and the staff at our Preston branch. Although the office hours are Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, any items dropped off at stores over the weekend for refunds are dealt with promptly on Mondays.
