Thanks for your feedback it's always much appreciated as we are constantly trying to improve our online system.
At present you would have had to use the link in your acceptance email from insurers to proceed with the quotation rather than logging into the client area.
We will pass your comments onto our IT team and hopefully we can have a solution to this problem.
