Hi Mark,
Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. We're pleased to hear you're happy with your new Tetbury 3 seat sofa set. The majority of our deliveries are completed by our own drivers and van, however from time to time we use a 3rd party haulage company, a 3rd party company was used on the day of your delivery. Our delivery team leader has launched an investigation with the haulage company concerned. We hope you enjoy your new Tetbury furniture for many years to come.
