Good Afternoon Mrs. H,
Sincere apologies for our honest mistake in entering the wrong email address for our customer.
We are very proud of our 98% rating with hundreds of very happy customers. A One Star appraisal (based on simple human error) is very harmful. May we respectfully request you delete this rating please?
Again, sorry for any inconvenience.
Thank you in anticipation.
