We understand your concern regarding the pricing of the holiday you booked for July. Our primary objective has always been to keep our prices competitive and aligned with those set by the property owners. It is important to note that the prices in March, when you booked your holiday, for the high season in July were accurate and in line with the rates set by the previous property owners, with whom we have had a successful and longstanding working relationship.
However, the property underwent a change in ownership approximately two months ago. The new owners have not yet communicated any price adjustments to us, leading to the current discrepancy in pricing for the September dates. We are diligently reaching out to the new owners to clarify the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
Considering this unforeseen circumstance, we are temporarily removing the affected property from our website until a new contract is established with the new owners. We want to ensure complete transparency and fairness in our pricing policy.
It is essential to understand that last-minute offers may vary in price compared to reservations made earlier in the year. Such offers are subject to different conditions and availability, which can result in lower prices than those available during the initial booking period. We appreciate your understanding of this distinction.
