Simple and quick
Managed to get onto their website and chose the particular package to suit me. After I just fill in the electronic form and paid for it by credit card. Quite quick.

I made a claim and was NOT paid out after having to book another flight due to airline changing day of flight on me

Great price compared to others around
Fantastic price after I compared others around. I had a few medical conditions to declare and they definately come out the cheapest.
