We recently have changed our Underwriters, who have changed the areas of cover, due to this change, regrettably, there was an oversight on our end. We note that human errors, especially when there are recent changes to the existing products are bound to happen, though not often, and in view of this, we have approved the full refund of your policy premium and, based on your feedback we immediately took the necessary actions to avoid similar situations to recur.
