Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

Thanks for the feedback! We have a network of over 3,000 collection centres in Australia, but remote areas can sometimes be a challenge. Our labs open new collection centres all the time so keep your eyes peeled! Thanks!

Thanks for the useful feedback! We thought long and hard about which technologies to use when designing this test - based on feedback from our customers we wanted to offer a competitively priced option for microbiome testing that would provide useful insights not only into the bacterial gut flora, but would also provide key markers of digestion, parasitic infection and yeast overgrowth. The microbiome tests on the market that use DNA sequencing technology typically only provide information regarding the different strains of bacteria - our perspective was that this information has limited actionable clinical value for the individual, and is of more value for broader research purposes. Thanks again!

Pleasantly surprised to find a collection centre 200 meters from my front door - yes I would use this service again as it’s more convenient than going to my GP.
