Phone availability
Haven’t even been able to speak to a team member over several days of trying. Spent longer than an hour waiting in the queue and felt there was no point even waiting

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Had a viewing on Saturday was told that we'll be contacted by phone on Monday for unanswered questions. No one called. I called Tuesday to get some answers about the property....
