As discussed, the extra video that we made about the install of our showroom Garlando G-500 table is a different model to the F-5 that you ordered. We explain this in the video itself, and detail it in the listing of the video on our web page, on the YouTube page, and also in the listing of every Garlando table we sell. We do explain in the listing that it could take a 2 people a couple of hours. Additionally we offer you the option to upgrade to Installation if that type of thing isn't your cup of tea. We're sorry that you found the installation of your table tricky and it took you longer than standard, but we don't feel this coupled with mentioning the potential to leave a negative review is something that we can offer you any kind of compensation for. It's good to read you found the sales staff helpful, the table arrived with you in the expected timeframe and condition, and that it is of decent quality. I hope it gives you and your family lots of fun in the coming years.
