Hi Adam The item was ordered on Monday 21st November on a next day delivery offer. It arrived Saturday 4th December so well after black Friday week. You informed me on 25th November that it was black Friday week so this is why my item was delayed but you were still advertised next day delivery on your website which I pointed out to you. Not only did it arrive 11 days late but it was also damaged. During the course of chasing the parcel I spoke to your partner Elaine on 3 occasions who assured me she would call me back but never did. I also struggled to get through by phone as it was often left unanswered. I had no choice but to constantly chase as you were not proactive in trying to get the parcel to me and without chasing i was not updated. This is all really bad service and I am afraid an apology isn't enough. This has deterred me from using your service again or recommending you to family/friends.
